Global Entrepreneurship Week is a celebration of innovation, entrepreneurship and creativity. The Week will bring together millions of young people across the globe through online and local activities and encourage them to think innovatively and unleash their ideas. Through a coordinated effort with many different countries, during one week every year, the world will celebrate the entrepreneurial spirit in hopes of inspiring a new generation of young entrepreneurs.

Massey University gives entrepreneurs a leg up

Good advice is so hard to find, good free advice is most unusual but Massey University’s Business Development hub ecentre is offering free appointments with business experts on Eday 15th November in Auckland.

 “So many people sit on an idea with great potential, but it stays an idea unless you start acting on it,” says Sabrina Nagel, Business Analyst at the ecentre.

Eday kicks off from 9am at Massey University’s Albany campus and experts will be on hand for 20 minute appointments giving advice on the best next steps, where to get help, who to contact, and generally how good your idea is.

The e-centre established Eday to encourage more people to take the plunge with product/concept and assess the potential of successful business ventures.
